THE EXPERIENCE
The Blush Foundation begins twelve weeks before your wedding, when we come alongside everything you have already built and start making sure every piece is in place. We meet twice before the day - once to get oriented and once to walk the venue together - and between those meetings, you have unlimited access to us by email and text during business hours, plus a client portal where your planning documents live in one organized place. We handle final confirmations with every vendor, build a customized wedding day timeline that goes to your entire team, and map the ceremony and reception layout so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.
On your wedding day, we arrive ready. We oversee vendor load-in, manage setup, distribute your personal décor, pin boutonnieres, bustle your dress, and stay at your side for up to ten hours while we orchestrate every major moment - the ceremony, the toasts, the dances, the cake cutting, the grand exit. We handle tip and payment distribution. We collect your gifts and personal items at the end of the night. We make sure nothing falls through the cracks and you never have to think about any of it.

This package is for the couple who has a solid start - maybe a venue, maybe a photographer, maybe a general direction - and needs an experienced partner to shape what comes next, guide the design, fill the vendor gaps, and run the day from start to finish. This is our most requested package and the one where we feel we do our best work.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Blush Signature begins with a kickoff meeting where we get oriented to everything you have already done and map out what comes next. From there, we meet up to six times virtually to work through the remaining decisions together - and between meetings, you have unlimited access to us by email, phone, and text during business hours. We build a customized mood board with your design direction, color palette, and inspiration imagery so you can see the full picture before a single item is ordered. We review every vendor contract before you sign it. We give you access to our curated vendor recommendations - up to three options per category - and attend up to three final vendor meetings alongside you so you never walk into a room without backup.
On the design side, we help you map your floor plan and guest flow, guide your linen and rental selections, and assist with sourcing signage, paper products, and detail pieces that pull everything together. When the final weeks arrive, we take over all vendor communication, distribute the master timeline, and confirm every arrival and setup time. We build your ceremony processional layout and hand it to every person who needs it.
On your wedding day, we run everything. Up to ten hours on-site with a lead coordinator and assistant, orchestrating every moment from vendor load-in to grand exit - so that every decision you made over the last several months lands exactly the way you imagined it.

From there, we become your primary point of contact for everything. We research and compare vendors in every category, attend up to six vendor meetings alongside you, review every contract before you sign it, and manage all communication so your inbox stays yours. We build a style consult and full custom mood board, guide your linen and rental selections, coordinate your hotel room block for out-of-town guests, and handle welcome bag logistics and transportation timing.
As the wedding approaches, we build your master timeline, confirm every vendor arrival and setup time, create your bridal party itinerary, and lay out every element of your ceremony processional. On your wedding day, we are there for up to twelve hours - lead coordinator and assistant included - running every moment behind the scenes so that the day flows exactly the way it should and you never once have to think about what happens next.

The Experience:
Over three to four dedicated design meetings, we develop your full event concept from the ground up.We build out your color palette, select linens, chargers, and rental items, and source every design element into a cohesive direction you can hand directly to your vendors.
We help you see the full picture before a single item is ordered so nothing gets purchased that does not belong.
This is design guidance and sourcing. We identify and recommend every piece and your vendors or you handle the ordering. The result is a wedding that looks like it was designed on purpose because it was.
