Kristie Daniels - Houston, Texas wedding planner with over 18 years of experience serving Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, and the greater Houston area.

We are a boutique wedding planning, design, and coordination company based in Spring, Texas.

And we have been doing this long enough to handle whatever comes up - without you ever knowing something came up.

Hey y’all!

I'm Kristie Daniels. I plan weddings, I tell the hard truths, and I will probably cry at SOME point during your wedding.

I started my career as a designer in Houston's oil and gas engineering world. Structured, technical, systems-driven work - the kind of job that teaches you to build things that hold. Then my first baby was born, I pulled into a daycare parking lot one morning, sat crying because I couldn’t leave her. I called my boss and went home. I did not ever go back.

What came next was a lot of life. Organizing community events at my neighborhood clubhouse - fall festivals, breakfast with Santa’s. Working for Houston School of Floral Design where I fell in love with flowers. A role in wedding venue sales and coordination that led, within a few weddings, to a certainty I had not expected: this is where my engineering brain and my creative soul live in the same place.

Over the next two decades, I built experience across multiple Houston-area venues, studied floral design, ran my own planning company, and raised four kids - including nearly a decade on the road for my daughter Arwin's elite select softball career, which ended with a Division 1 athletic scholarship. Weddings never fully stopped. When my youngest son graduated and the house got quieter, I made the decision to build it for real this time. On my own terms. With my own name on the door.

Blush Your Heart Wedding Company is the result of everything I have learned, survived, and chosen.

Here is something I will tell you myself: I am not a naturally calm person. Ask anyone who knows me. I am chatty, high-energy, and fully convinced that every detail matters - which means my brain is running a hundred directions at once on any given day.

But on a wedding day? I do not flinch.

Not because I perform calm. Because nothing surprises me anymore. The florist who runs late. The family member who needs redirecting. The timeline that needs to flex in the last hour. I have seen all of it, navigated all of it, and figured out a long time ago that my ADHD - the thing that made me feel scattered in every other context - is actually what makes me extraordinary in high-pressure moments. Everything feels urgent to me. Which means when something actually is urgent, I am already three steps ahead.

Clients do not describe Me as calm, but I can calm them. They describe what I make possible: "I could breathe." "I didn't have to worry about a thing." "She was literally always right there."

That is not a personality trait. That is a track record.

Couples book a DJ without a second thought. They book a photographer without hesitation. And then they hand coordination to the mom or best friend who loves them most - someone who will absolutely show up, and who will spend the entire wedding day managing vendors instead of being present with the people they love. I think that is a quiet tragedy. You hire a professional to fix your car, take care of your lawn your house - heck even to groom your dog and file your taxes. The most important day of your life should not be the exception.

I also believe it is your wedding. Not mine. I have opinions - strong ones - about design, budget, and what actually matters on a wedding day, and I will share them honestly. But every decision belongs to you. If you want the highland cow and the dancing horse and it fits the budget, you get the highland cow and the dancing horse. My job is to execute your vision, not impose my own.

And I believe in telling the truth. Most weddings have at least one moment where something goes sideways. The good ones just have someone making sure you never find out about it.

You are established in your career and your life. You have real ideas about what you want your wedding to feel like - but you do not have the time or interest in becoming a part-time event planner to pull it off. You want to hand off the logistics and the stress without handing off your vision. You want someone who will tell you the truth about your budget, push back gently when something does not serve you, and show up on your wedding day with a plan for everything - including the things you did not think to plan for.

You do not want to micromanage this process. You want to trust it. And you want the people you love to spend your wedding day as guests, not staff.

If that is you, we should talk.

You deserve to enjoy this season. Let us make that possible.
